If you are unhappy with any FIXD product for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days after the date of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
-A return authorization must be requested prior to the 30 day time period of the order being delivered. To request a label, the order number and delivery address zip code will be required. (The order number should be in either a GO or FIXD format – “FIXD123456”.)
-The product must be returned to FIXD Automotive in good condition (not physically damaged, broken, or altered).
Additional terms and conditions:
-The product must be purchased from FIXD Automotive or from an approved affiliate/re-seller.
-Shipping fees, taxes, and custom fees are non-refundable.
-The product must have been purchased from FIXD Automotive or an approved affiliate/re-seller.
-Clearance Items are not included in this return policy. See “All Sales Final & Clearance Sales” below for terms and conditions.
*All Holiday orders can be returned for a refund 30 days after the delivery date, or until January 8th (Whichever date is later; Applies to the FIXD Sensor Only)

Items denoted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds will be made on items purchased during the following Clearance Sales: Spring Clearance Sale, 4th of July Clearance Sale, Back to School Clearance Sale, and Holiday Clearance Sale.
